Privacy Policy

It describes what this site actually does today: a static site with one mockup request form that leads to a text message, and no cookies, analytics or trackers. Every item in [square brackets] must be confirmed, and the whole document should be reviewed by a lawyer before the site goes live, especially if Web Leads Made Easy serves customers in the EU or UK.

1. Who we are

2. What we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us and what any web server records automatically:

  • Mockup request form. Your name, your company name, what kind of business you run, the town you work from, your mobile number and, if you pick one, the plan you have in mind. Name, company, business type, town and mobile number are required, along with your tick in the consent box, which records that you agreed to be texted; the plan is optional.
  • Server and hosting logs. The hosting provider records your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of each request. These logs are standard for every website and are used only to keep the site running and secure.

We do not collect payment details, account passwords, precise location or any special-category information through this site. The form has no free-text box; please do not send sensitive information by text either.

3. How we use it

We use form submissions for one purpose: to make the free homepage mockup you asked for and to text it to your mobile number with a fixed price for your build. We use your company name to look up your public Google listing and current website so you do not have to paste them. Ticking the consent box records your permission for the mockup text, the price, and follow-up texts about that request; it is not a subscription, we do not send marketing texts, and you can reply STOP at any time to end them. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply. We do not sell your information, we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not add you to a marketing list without asking first.

4. Who processes it for us

  • Form delivery — [PLACEHOLDER: Web3Forms or Netlify Forms]. The mockup request form on this site is not yet connected to a delivery service. When it is, submissions, including the consent flag, will be relayed to us by the chosen provider, which acts as a processor on our behalf. This section will name the provider and link its privacy policy before the form goes live.
  • Text messages. We send the mockup and price by SMS from [PLACEHOLDER: the studio's texting number and carrier or SMS provider]. Standard message rates from your carrier apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.
  • Hosting — [PLACEHOLDER: GitHub Pages, Netlify or other]. Serves the site and keeps standard access logs (see section 2).
  • Fonts. Web fonts are hosted on this site, not loaded from Google or any other third party, so no font request is sent to anyone else.

We do not use any other third-party service on this site.

5. Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising pixels or tracking scripts. There is nothing to accept or decline. If that ever changes, this policy will be updated first and, where the law requires it, you will be asked for consent before anything is set.

6. How long we keep it

Mockup requests, including your mobile number and the record of your consent, are kept for [PLACEHOLDER: retention period, e.g. 24 months] after our last text or call so we can pick up where we left off, then deleted. If you become a client, your details move to our client records, which we keep for as long as you are a client [PLACEHOLDER: and how long after]. 7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us to:

  • tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy;
  • correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
  • delete your information;
  • give you your information in a portable format;
  • stop or limit how we use it, or object to a particular use.

Email hello@studio.example with your request. We will confirm receipt and respond within [PLACEHOLDER: e.g. 30 days]. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act, so there is nothing to opt out of. If you are in the EU or UK and are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

8. Children

This site is aimed at business owners and is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU and UK). We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

9. Where your information goes

Web Leads Made Easy is based in [PLACEHOLDER: country / state]. The hosting and form-delivery providers named in section 4 may store information on servers in [PLACEHOLDER: e.g. the United States]. If you contact us from another country, your information will be transferred there. Where the law requires safeguards for such transfers, we rely on the providers’ standard contractual terms.

If we change what the site collects or who processes it, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date at the top. Material changes will also be noted on the home page for at least 30 days.
